Cambodia is a land of legends and magic. Explore the myths that animate the landscape with this tour. Learn about local customs, trace the history of Animism, Hinduism, and Buddhism through Cambodian history, and meet locals to learn their stories. Visit the oldest Monastery in the city, learn about life as a novice monk, and learn about the magic statues that protect the city before receiving a traditional water blessing. Leave with a deeper connection to Cambodian culture and an understanding of the stories and history that make up the fabric of the city.

Enjoy our custom countryside exploration, biking through the rice fields, and learning about the Cambodian tradition of agriculture and connection to the environment. Learn the uses and history of Lotus, and learn to identify some of the edible plants all around us.

Cambodia is home to the Tonle Sap lake, a great freshwater lake which provides fish to feed more than 3 million people. Fishing is a huge part of the culture here, and our local guides are expert fishermen. Join us for a day spent in the fresh countryside. We’ll head to the local market, buying some fishing supplies and checking out the local wares before heading out to the best spot for the day. Learn to spot the fish under the pond’s surface, throw the fishing net, secure your catch, and cook over a bonfire, local-style. Nothing beats a fresh catch!
